Animit offers a 14-day money-back guarantee for all subscription payments.
If you're not satisfied with our service for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase.

- Premium subscription payments made within the last 14 days
- Enterprise plan payments made within the last 14 days
- Accidental duplicate charges
- Technical issues that prevent service usage
- Billing errors or unauthorized charges

- Requests made more than 14 days after purchase
- Free plan users (no payment made)
- Partial refunds for unused subscription periods
- Refunds after account termination for terms violations
- Services already fully consumed or downloaded

5. Subscription Cancellation
Cancelling your subscription is different from requesting a refund:
- Cancellation stops future billing but doesn't refund current payments
- You can cancel anytime through your account settings
- Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing period
- To cancel AND request a refund, you must email support within 14 days
6. Refund for Technical Issues
If you experience technical problems that prevent you from using Animit:

- If we cannot resolve the issue, you're eligible for a full refund
